Solutions Hood River is open, in the west end of the Paris Fair building at 4th and Oak, just in time for First Friday.
As reported earlier, the new store — adding to the Gorge presence of a store in The Dalles — will feature Mac, Lenovo and Verizon wireless products, training and service.
Hours have been firmed up since last we wrote. Solutions is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 7 p.m. weekends. Phone number is (541) 386-4000.
The store is planning a grand opening on Friday, to include:
- iPod touch giveaway every hour from 5 to 8 p.m. (First Friday hours)
- Lenovo Tablet giveaways
- Free repair check-ins for Mac & PC
- Otter Box giveaways
- First 15 customers who switch to Verizon Wireless will get a free activation from Verizon
- Other swag giveaways
- Champagne , hors d’oeuvres and coffee
